FAQ
What is a Shared Drive?
It's a special folder in Google Drive where all members have access to the same files and can collaborate. Files belong to the group, not an individual.
What access levels can I give people?
You can set people as 'viewer' (can only see), 'content manager' (can add, edit, and move files), 'contributor' (can add, edit, and move files, but cannot delete or move files from other members), or 'manager' (has full control).
Do I need to install anything to use this?
No, you just need a Google account and to use this tool. It connects directly to your Google Drive.
