renderform-automation
Helps your agent automate tasks in Renderform. It simplifies the creation and manipulation of visual content.
What it does
This tool helps you automate tasks in Renderform, a service for creating and managing forms. It uses a system called Rube MCP to connect and perform these tasks.
When to use it
- ✓When you need to create a new form in Renderform.
- ✓When you want to update an existing form.
- ✓When you need to retrieve information about your forms.
Example of what to ask your AI
“Create a new contact form in Renderform.”

How to use
The easiest way: copy the message below and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any AI. It reads the skill and follows the instructions.

Ready-to-paste message
How it works
First, the tool checks which commands are available. Then, it connects to Renderform and executes the command you requested, like creating or modifying a form.
Installation
Easiest way: copy the skill link and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor asking it to follow the instructions.
In the terminal (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), in your project folder:

Renderform Automation via Rube MCP
Automate Renderform operations through Composio's Renderform toolkit via Rube MCP.
Toolkit docs: composio.dev/toolkits/renderform
Prerequisites
- Rube MCP must be connected (RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS available)
- Active Renderform connection via
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSwith toolkitrenderform - Always call
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLSfirst to get current tool schemas
Setup
Get Rube MCP: Add https://rube.app/mcp as an MCP server in your client configuration. No API keys needed — just add the endpoint and it works.
- Verify Rube MCP is available by confirming
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLSresponds - Call
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSwith toolkitrenderform - If connection is not ACTIVE, follow the returned auth link to complete setup
- Confirm connection status shows ACTIVE before running any workflows
Tool Discovery
Always discover available tools before executing workflows:
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
queries: [{use_case: "Renderform operations", known_fields: ""}]
session: {generate_id: true}
This returns available tool slugs, input schemas, recommended execution plans, and known pitfalls.
Core Workflow Pattern
Step 1: Discover Available Tools
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
queries: [{use_case: "your specific Renderform task"}]
session: {id: "existing_session_id"}
Step 2: Check Connection
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS
toolkits: ["renderform"]
session_id: "your_session_id"
Step 3: Execute Tools
RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL
tools: [{
tool_slug: "TOOL_SLUG_FROM_SEARCH",
arguments: {/* schema-compliant args from search results */}
}]
memory: {}
session_id: "your_session_id"
Known Pitfalls
- Always search first: Tool schemas change. Never hardcode tool slugs or arguments without calling
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS - Check connection: Verify
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSshows ACTIVE status before executing tools - Schema compliance: Use exact field names and types from the search results
- Memory parameter: Always include
memoryinRUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOLcalls, even if empty ({}) - Session reuse: Reuse session IDs within a workflow. Generate new ones for new workflows
- Pagination: Check responses for pagination tokens and continue fetching until complete

FAQ
What is Rube MCP?
It's a system that allows the AI to connect to other services, like Renderform, to perform tasks.
Do I need any special keys?
No, you just need to set up Rube MCP in your client. No API keys are required.
What does 'Always search tools first' mean?
It means the tool should always check which commands are available and how to use them before trying to perform a task, as they can change.
