async-interview-automation
Lets your agent automate asynchronous interview tasks. It simplifies managing and executing interview processes that don't happen in real-time.
What it does
This tool helps automate asynchronous interview tasks using a system called Rube MCP. It finds the right tools and runs them for you.
When to use it
- ✓When you need to schedule multiple interviews.
- ✓When you want to collect candidate information automatically.
- ✓To manage the interview workflow without constant manual intervention.

How to use
The easiest way: copy the message below and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any AI. It reads the skill and follows the instructions.

Ready-to-paste message
How it works
First, the tool searches for available tools for your specific task. Then, it checks if the connection to the interview system is active. Finally, it executes the found tools with the correct information.
Installation
Easiest way: copy the skill link and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor asking it to follow the instructions.
In the terminal (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), in your project folder:
npx skills add ComposioHQ/awesome-claude-skills --skill async-interview-automationOr download just the file:
curl -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ComposioHQ/awesome-claude-skills/master/composio-skills/async-interview-automation/SKILL.md -o SKILL.mdTechnical content (original SKILL.md)

Async Interview Automation via Rube MCP
Automate Async Interview operations through Composio's Async Interview toolkit via Rube MCP.
Toolkit docs: composio.dev/toolkits/async_interview
Prerequisites
- Rube MCP must be connected (RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS available)
- Active Async Interview connection via
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSwith toolkitasync_interview - Always call
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLSfirst to get current tool schemas
Setup
Get Rube MCP: Add https://rube.app/mcp as an MCP server in your client configuration. No API keys needed — just add the endpoint and it works.
- Verify Rube MCP is available by confirming
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLSresponds - Call
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSwith toolkitasync_interview - If connection is not ACTIVE, follow the returned auth link to complete setup
- Confirm connection status shows ACTIVE before running any workflows
Tool Discovery
Always discover available tools before executing workflows:
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
queries: [{use_case: "Async Interview operations", known_fields: ""}]
session: {generate_id: true}
This returns available tool slugs, input schemas, recommended execution plans, and known pitfalls.
Core Workflow Pattern
Step 1: Discover Available Tools
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
queries: [{use_case: "your specific Async Interview task"}]
session: {id: "existing_session_id"}
Step 2: Check Connection
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS
toolkits: ["async_interview"]
session_id: "your_session_id"
Step 3: Execute Tools
RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL
tools: [{
tool_slug: "TOOL_SLUG_FROM_SEARCH",
arguments: {/* schema-compliant args from search results */}
}]
memory: {}
session_id: "your_session_id"
Known Pitfalls
- Always search first: Tool schemas change. Never hardcode tool slugs or arguments without calling
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS - Check connection: Verify
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSshows ACTIVE status before executing tools - Schema compliance: Use exact field names and types from the search results
- Memory parameter: Always include
memoryinRUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOLcalls, even if empty ({}) - Session reuse: Reuse session IDs within a workflow. Generate new ones for new workflows
- Pagination: Check responses for pagination tokens and continue fetching until complete
Quick Reference
| Operation | Approach |
|---|---|
| Find tools | RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS with Async Interview-specific use case |
| Connect | RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS with toolkit async_interview |
| Execute | RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL with discovered tool slugs |
| Bulk ops | RUBE_REMOTE_WORKBENCH with run_composio_tool() |

FAQ
What is Rube MCP?
It's a system that allows the AI to find and use other tools to perform tasks.
Do I need API keys?
No, you just need to add the Rube MCP address to your client configuration.
What happens if the connection is not active?
The tool will provide a link for you to complete the setup and activate the connection.
