code-mate-qwen-code
Helps your agent analyze and code in repositories without interaction. It's useful for getting coding results based on advanced models.
What it does
This AI agent helps you analyze code and perform programming tasks. It uses a tool called Qwen Code to understand and work with your projects.
When to use it
- ✓When you want the AI to analyze your code.
- ✓When you need the AI to perform a programming task.
- ✓When you want a result from a Qwen-based agent.
Example of what to ask your AI
“Analyze this project and tell me the main issues.”

How to use
The easiest way: copy the message below and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any AI. It reads the skill and follows the instructions.

How it works
It sets up your project's location, checks if the Qwen Code tool is installed, and then runs a command for Qwen Code to analyze your code and return a result.
Installation
Easiest way: copy the skill link and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor asking it to follow the instructions.
In the terminal (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), in your project folder:
npx skills add CherryHQ/cherry-studio --skill code-mate-qwen-codeOr download just the file:

Qwen Code
Run
- Set the Bash working directory to the exact project the user named and set a finite timeout, normally 10 minutes.
- Check availability with
command -v qwen. If it is missing, stop and ask the user to install Qwen Code in Code Mate. - Run one task and exit:
qwen -p "<prompt>" --output-format json
Pass the prompt as one quoted argument. Parse the JSON result and treat a structured error or nonzero exit as failure. Never start the interactive UI or OAuth flow from the agent task.
Authentication And Permissions
If Qwen reports missing login, API key, model, or provider configuration, stop and ask the user to configure Qwen Code in Code Mate. Never request, read, print, or copy credentials.
Use the default restricted approval behavior for analysis. Add bounded turn or tool-call limits for large tasks. Only allow modification tools when the user explicitly requests workspace changes, and never use --yolo: it grants approval without providing a sandbox.
Example: ask Qwen to identify the cause of a failing test without editing, run the command above, then summarize the parsed result within the chosen timeout.
FAQ
What happens if Qwen Code is not installed?
The agent will ask you to install Qwen Code in Code Mate.
What happens if Qwen Code needs login or configuration?
The agent will ask you to configure Qwen Code in Code Mate.
Can the agent make changes to my code?
It will only make changes if you explicitly ask and with caution, as it's important to have a safe environment for that.
