dailybot-automation
Lets your agent automate Dailybot tasks. It always looks for the best tools to perform actions.
What it does
This agent helps automate Dailybot tasks using a tool called Rube MCP. It ensures you always use the latest information on how to perform these tasks.
When to use it
- ✓When you need to set up Dailybot for the first time.
- ✓When you want to perform a specific task in Dailybot, like sending a message.
- ✓When you need to check if Dailybot is working correctly.
Example of what to ask your AI
“I want to send a 'Good morning everyone!' message to the general channel in Dailybot.”

How to use
The easiest way: copy the message below and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any AI. It reads the skill and follows the instructions.

Ready-to-paste message
How it works
First, the agent checks what Dailybot tools are available and how to use them. Then, it connects to Dailybot and performs the task you requested, ensuring everything is done the correct way.
Installation
Easiest way: copy the skill link and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor asking it to follow the instructions.
In the terminal (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), in your project folder:
npx skills add ComposioHQ/awesome-claude-skills --skill dailybot-automationOr download just the file:

Dailybot Automation via Rube MCP
Automate Dailybot operations through Composio's Dailybot toolkit via Rube MCP.
Toolkit docs: composio.dev/toolkits/dailybot
Prerequisites
- Rube MCP must be connected (RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS available)
- Active Dailybot connection via
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSwith toolkitdailybot - Always call
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLSfirst to get current tool schemas
Setup
Get Rube MCP: Add https://rube.app/mcp as an MCP server in your client configuration. No API keys needed — just add the endpoint and it works.
- Verify Rube MCP is available by confirming
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLSresponds - Call
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSwith toolkitdailybot - If connection is not ACTIVE, follow the returned auth link to complete setup
- Confirm connection status shows ACTIVE before running any workflows
Tool Discovery
Always discover available tools before executing workflows:
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
queries: [{use_case: "Dailybot operations", known_fields: ""}]
session: {generate_id: true}
This returns available tool slugs, input schemas, recommended execution plans, and known pitfalls.
Core Workflow Pattern
Step 1: Discover Available Tools
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
queries: [{use_case: "your specific Dailybot task"}]
session: {id: "existing_session_id"}
Step 2: Check Connection
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS
toolkits: ["dailybot"]
session_id: "your_session_id"
Step 3: Execute Tools
RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL
tools: [{
tool_slug: "TOOL_SLUG_FROM_SEARCH",
arguments: {/* schema-compliant args from search results */}
}]
memory: {}
session_id: "your_session_id"
Known Pitfalls
- Always search first: Tool schemas change. Never hardcode tool slugs or arguments without calling
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS - Check connection: Verify
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSshows ACTIVE status before executing tools - Schema compliance: Use exact field names and types from the search results
- Memory parameter: Always include
memoryinRUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOLcalls, even if empty ({}) - Session reuse: Reuse session IDs within a workflow. Generate new ones for new workflows
- Pagination: Check responses for pagination tokens and continue fetching until complete

| Operation | Approach |
