llm-fine-tuning
Helps your agent train large language models (LLMs) with advanced techniques. Allows the agent to learn from specific data to improve its performance.
What it does
This tool allows you to train large language AI models (LLMs) so they better understand a specific subject. You can do this efficiently, even with limited resources.
When to use it
- ✓When you have domain-specific data (like legal, medical, or code) and want the AI to understand it.
- ✓To train large models on a personal computer with a powerful graphics card.
- ✓To set up training that uses multiple machines simultaneously.
Example of what to ask your AI
“How can I train an AI model to understand medical documents?”

Ready-to-paste message
How it works
It sets up the environment and uses specialized libraries to adjust a pre-existing AI model with your own data. This is done through different training techniques, such as QLoRA or full training.
Installation
Easiest way: copy the skill link and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor asking it to follow the instructions.

LLM Fine-Tuning Infrastructure
Train and fine-tune open-source LLMs efficiently — from LoRA on a single GPU to distributed full fine-tuning across multi-node clusters.
When to Use This Skill
Use this skill when:
- Fine-tuning an LLM on domain-specific data (legal, medical, code, support)
- Running QLoRA to fine-tune 70B models on consumer GPUs
- Setting up distributed training with DeepSpeed or FSDP
- Exporting fine-tuned adapters for production serving
- Implementing RLHF, DPO, or instruction tuning pipelines
Prerequisites
- NVIDIA GPU(s) with 24GB+ VRAM (RTX 4090 / A100 / H100)
- CUDA 12.1+ and
nvidia-smiworking - Python 3.10+ with
pip - Hugging Face account and
HF_TOKENfor gated models - 500GB+ disk for model weights and training data

FAQ
What is 'fine-tuning'?
It's the process of taking an already trained AI model and training it a bit more with specific data so it becomes better at a task or understands a particular subject.
What is QLoRA?
It's a technique that allows training very large AI models on computers with fewer resources, like common graphics cards, by saving memory.
Do I need a very powerful computer?
For some techniques, like QLoRA, a graphics card with plenty of memory (24GB+) is recommended. For larger training, more machines might be needed.
