sensibo-automation
Has your agent automatically control Sensibo devices. It manages your environment without intervention.
What it does
This tool lets you control your Sensibo devices (like air conditioners) using text commands. It connects to the Rube MCP system to find and execute the right actions for you.
When to use it
- ✓Turn on the AC before arriving home.
- ✓Adjust the room temperature remotely.
- ✓Check the status of your Sensibo device.
Example of what to ask your AI
“Turn on the air conditioner to 22 degrees Celsius.”

How to use
The easiest way: copy the message below and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any AI. It reads the skill and follows the instructions.

Ready-to-paste message
How it works
The AI first asks the Rube MCP system what commands are available for Sensibo. Then, it uses the most suitable command to perform your request, ensuring everything works correctly.
Installation
Easiest way: copy the skill link and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor asking it to follow the instructions.
In the terminal (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), in your project folder:
npx skills add ComposioHQ/awesome-claude-skills --skill sensibo-automationOr download just the file:

Sensibo Automation via Rube MCP
Automate Sensibo operations through Composio's Sensibo toolkit via Rube MCP.
Toolkit docs: composio.dev/toolkits/sensibo
Prerequisites
- Rube MCP must be connected (RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS available)
- Active Sensibo connection via
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSwith toolkitsensibo - Always call
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLSfirst to get current tool schemas
Setup
Get Rube MCP: Add https://rube.app/mcp as an MCP server in your client configuration. No API keys needed — just add the endpoint and it works.
- Verify Rube MCP is available by confirming
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLSresponds - Call
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSwith toolkitsensibo - If connection is not ACTIVE, follow the returned auth link to complete setup
- Confirm connection status shows ACTIVE before running any workflows
Tool Discovery
Always discover available tools before executing workflows:
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
queries: [{use_case: "Sensibo operations", known_fields: ""}]
session: {generate_id: true}
This returns available tool slugs, input schemas, recommended execution plans, and known pitfalls.
Core Workflow Pattern
Step 1: Discover Available Tools
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
queries: [{use_case: "your specific Sensibo task"}]
session: {id: "existing_session_id"}
Step 2: Check Connection
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS
toolkits: ["sensibo"]
session_id: "your_session_id"
Step 3: Execute Tools
RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL
tools: [{
tool_slug: "TOOL_SLUG_FROM_SEARCH",
arguments: {/* schema-compliant args from search results */}
}]
memory: {}
session_id: "your_session_id"
Known Pitfalls
- Always search first: Tool schemas change. Never hardcode tool slugs or arguments without calling
RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS - Check connection: Verify
RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONSshows ACTIVE status before executing tools - Schema compliance: Use exact field names and types from the search results
- Memory parameter: Always include
memoryinRUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOLcalls, even if empty ({}) - Session reuse: Reuse session IDs within a workflow. Generate new ones for new workflows
- Pagination: Check responses for pagination tokens and continue fetching until complete

FAQ
Do I need to install something on my phone or computer?
You need to set up Rube MCP on your system, but no separate app installation is required. The connection is made via a provided link.
How does the AI know which command to use?
The AI consults Rube MCP to discover the exact commands and how to use them each time. This ensures it always uses the latest information.
What happens if the Sensibo connection isn't active?
If the connection is not active, the AI will provide a link for you to complete the setup. Once active, you'll be able to control your devices.
